Lasagne Bechamelle. Spread a layer of ragu over the lasagna sheets and then add a little over a cup of béchamel. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
Stir, bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Add a layer of lasagna noodles. Remove from the heat and gradually add the warm milk making sure no lumps are formed.
Whisk remaining milk into pan; add nutmeg and salt.
