Banana Bread Proteine. Mix together mashed bananas, applesauce, milk, egg whites, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Next, place the almond flour, protein powder, baking powder, xanthan gum, and sea salt in a separate smaller bowl, combine well and set aside this flour mixture.
Add the mashed bananas, peanut butter, and honey. Gently add the dry ingredients and mix until smooth. A non-stick pan like this would be a good fit.
Take your bread out of the oven, let it cool, and pop it out.
This delicious gluten free protein banana bread is super moist, nutritious, and dairy free.
In a different bowl mash the bananas and then add the egg whites and water. Once the mixture has chilled, remove the bowl from the refrigerator. Fold in most of the walnuts.
